Questions couples ask
Do you bring the TV or projector?
No. D’Kenang is the wall, not the screen. Use the TV or projector at your hall, or any laptop plugged into one. Open your wall link in the browser, make it full screen, and it runs on its own all night.
Do our guests need to install anything?
No. They point their phone camera at the QR code on the table, the page opens in their browser, they pick a photo and tap send. No app, no sign up, no password.
Can guests see the photos other people sent?
Not on their phones. Guests can only send. Your wall opens from your dashboard or your private link, so nobody can browse the collection by scanning the code.
What if someone sends something we don’t want?
Remove it from your dashboard. It disappears from the wall straight away and is deleted from our server.
How long do you keep our photos?
Preview keeps them 7 days, Standard 60 days and Premium 180 days. The clock only starts on your wedding day, or earlier if you press Start yourself, so you can set up months ahead. We email you before anything expires, give you 7 extra days after that, and you can extend by a month any time for RM19.
Can we download everything afterwards?
Yes, on Standard and Premium. One button gives you every photo in a single ZIP file, named after the guest who sent it. Just do it before your storage ends.
We have nikah, sanding and a reception. Do we pay three times?
No. Buy one package, then add each extra event for RM10. Every event gets its own QR code, its own wall and the same photo allowance as your package.
How many photos can we collect?
Preview holds 30, Standard 300 and Premium 800. A wedding of 300 guests usually lands somewhere between 150 and 400 photos.
Does the hall need wifi?
Guests upload with their own mobile data, so it works anywhere with normal phone signal. The screen showing the wall needs internet too, so check that at the hall before the day.
Will the photos lose quality?
We resize each photo so it stays sharp on a projector and in your album, but light enough to send quickly over mobile data in a busy hall.
Can we change how the wall looks on the screen?
On Standard and Premium, yes. Pick scattered polaroids, a mosaic of tiles, or one photo at a time in cinema view. The free Preview wall uses the polaroids.
How do we pay?
Through ToyyibPay, with FPX online banking, a card or an e-wallet. It’s a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews.
